1. Shipping Policy 🚚

• Processing Time 🛠️ All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For our custom engraved items, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for our craftsmen to perfect your piece.

• Delivery Time ✈️ Standard shipping typically takes 10–23 business days. Please note that transit times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume seasons.

• Tracking Information 📍 Real-time updates! Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent straight to your email inbox.

• Shipping Cost 💰 Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Customs & Import Duties 🌍 International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Returns & Refunds 🔄

• Non-Customized Items ✅ We want you to love your purchase! For our standard (non-customized) products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  Note: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Custom & Personalized Items ✍️ Because these are made just for you, custom/engraved products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items 🆘 If there’s an issue, we’ll fix it! Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost.

• Return Process 📧 To start a return, email us at lioracatcher@gmail.com. We’ll reply with instructions within 24 hours. (Note: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless it's our error).

• Refund Processing 💳 Once inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations ⛔

Change your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After that, production or shipping has begun, and cancellations are no longer available.
